I’m Sergio González, an advertising and digital marketing professional with over 20 years of experience helping brands grow in complex digital environments.
My career has primarily focused on digital media planning, strategy, client management, leading interdisciplinary teams, and campaign optimization, both within large agency groups and as an independent consultant.
After more than 15 years in leadership positions at top agencies—such as Client Services Director, Digital Ecosystems Director, and Head of Product Office—in 2017 I founded my own consulting boutique. From there, I support brands and retailers with their digital advertising and marketing challenges, specializing in Retail Media and Marketplaces.
I work end-to-end, combining strategic vision and execution, helping organizations define their growth model, optimize their advertising investments, and maximize the potential of marketplace platforms and retail media ecosystems.
In addition to my work as a consultant and advisor, I teach at universities and business schools, where I provide training in various digital disciplines, sharing a practical perspective based on real-world experience with advertisers, agencies, and platforms.
